Terms and Conditions

Scruffy Sales & Auction manages online liquidation auctions consisting of Close-outs, Bankruptcies, Overstocks, Shelf-Pulls, Customer Returns, Buy-Backs and Estate Sales from various consignors. All items are in new condition unless otherwise stated and come with a 7-day warranty against defects. Used items are as-is where-is. Products and prices are posted for each auction item.

Bidders will be held responsible for paying for those items they are the high bidder on. Some auction items have set reserves that must be met o be the highest bidder. By bidding on items, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions posted in the auction.

ONLINE AUCTIONS: If you bid you will be responsible for paying for those items if and when you win that item. Some auction items have set reserves. All new items are sold with 7-day warranty against defects - no exceptions. Once you bid you agee to all terms and conditions. All merchandise, unless approved by management ahead of time, has to be picked up 48 hours after completion of auction. All shipping and handling must be arranged by customer - our pickup hours are by appointment only. Pickup address is 317 South Buncombe Road, Greer, South Carolina 29650.

Auction Policies and Rules for online

Scruffy`s is a licensee Auction firm , and Auctioneer. We abide by all of South Carolina rules and regulations.

Scruffy`s rules and policies are as follows: all bids will be paid for with tax and a 10% internet fee and 3% credit card fee. No Exceptions. Pickups will be made 24 hours after closing of Auctions, By appointment only on this site. All merchandise unless stated on the auction site is guaranteed for 7 business days only!!!

You will have a chance to bid in some of our Live online auctions by Brent. Any cash payments still pay a 10 % internet premium and must be pre approved and arranged by Pam or Brent before start of Auction. No Exceptions!!! We want to make this transition as smooth as possible and hope you enjoy bidding on our site.

We miss you all. We will also be presenting an online auction for Bins O ` Gold LLC ,and it will be a timed auction. This gives you two options on the Auctions.
